Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate helps connect Merchandising and Store Operations to deliver an excellent shopping experience across Lowe’s stores. You design eye-catching displays, ensure accurate signage and pricing, and support in-demand product presentation.

You will interact with customers when opportunities arise and assist in locating merchandise while maintaining safe, clean, and visually appealing displays. This role offers a set weekday schedule and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes and performs basic arithmetic.
• Able to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Uses web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sits and stands for long periods of time.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs and show proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital information in-store.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing ones.
• Assist in driving add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedules, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
