You may engage with customers occasionally and are expected to assist in locating merchandise, answer questions, and help in maintaining accurate in-store information and displays. This position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and proof of completion for assigned tasks.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and maintain digital signage information.
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
