Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate role connects Merchandising with Store Operations to create easy-to-navigate displays and accurate pricing in every Lowe's store. You will build eye-catching product arrangements and ensure signs and products are safe, clean, and accessible to shoppers.

Most tasks are merchandising‑focused with occasional customer interaction. You will follow Lowe's standards, participate in planograms, and support store goals while enjoying benefits like health coverage,

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Use web-based computer programs to complete tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Able to lift 25 lb unassisted or over 25 lb with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage, and maintain digital information store-wide.
• Confirm product pricing information is visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items, signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
