Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate is a crucial link between Merchandising and Store Operations, helping create compelling product displays and accurate pricing that assist customers in locating items. You will help maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing displays across the store.

Most duties are independent, but you may engage customers when opportunities arise, answering questions and guiding them to products or warranties.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe’s specifications.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and maintain digital information.
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and arranging displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items, including signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
