Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate role supports store operations by ensuring accurate signage, pricing, and attractive product displays. You will create eye-catching layouts while spending most time on merchandising tasks with limited customer interaction.

You may engage with customers when opportunities arise, answering questions and guiding product locations. The role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to grow within Lowe's network.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specifications.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage; maintain digital information.
• Confirm product pricing is clearly visible; replace missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays around the store.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
