Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Perform cycle counts and complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and review planogram integrity.
• Provide Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Appreciate the customer.
• Ensure a distinguished shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail or merchandising is required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

Working Conditions

• Mostly indoor, moderate noise environment.
• Shifts typically 4+ hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Adhere to safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull up to 2000 lbs with equipment.
• Lift overhead, stand, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Operate vehicles and perform physical tasks throughout shifts.
