The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to handle and complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work status and issues.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store measurements and cycle counts.
• Completing Tractor Way top cap process and hanging store signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and recovery.
• Providing Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Providing peak coverage during special times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Maintain safety and adhere to company guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces in indoor and outdoor areas with adequate lighting and temperature.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, squat, bend, climb ladders regularly.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle birds/poultry safely.
• Complete training successfully.
• Operate equipment like forklifts if qualified.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Drive a vehicle.
• Stand and walk for entire shifts.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the store.
