Key Responsibilities

• Travel between stores to perform tasks such as planograms, merchandise assembly, fixture setup, and signage maintenance.
• Interact with customers and team members to provide excellent service.
• Complete store layout initiatives, cycle counts, and ensure visual merchandise standards.
• Support store-specific initiatives and deliver exceptional customer service following the GURA model: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.
