Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives and cycle counts.
• Hang store signage, assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask for value addition.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that sets us apart.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and self-direction.

Working Conditions

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle required; long periods expected.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel, push/pull merchandise up to 2000 lbs with equipment, lift overhead, and perform physical activities such as standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing.
• Operate store equipment and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate vehicles and perform all required tasks safely.
