The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to perform and oversee various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Proactively communicating with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and promptly.
• Performing cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hanging signage, assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and recovering store areas as needed.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring customers have a distinctive shopping experience.
• Providing peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise levels.
• Shifts typically last at least 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle is required.
• Adherence to safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment.
• Work on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt) with adequate lighting and temperature.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment effectively.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training successfully.
• Operate equipment like dollies, handtrucks, forklifts, etc. (forklift and baler not for under 18).
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Driving, standing, walking, reaching overhead.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the store.
• Maintain physical and mental stamina to move safely and efficiently.
