The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Perform store-specific measurements.
• Conduct accurate cycle counts.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate.

Ensure customers have a Legendary shopping experience that sets us apart from competitors. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

Working Conditions

• Mostly indoor environment with moderate noise levels.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations in your personal vehicle is required, often for extended periods.
• Maintain a safe, productive work environment adhering to safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt), with adequate lighting and temperature.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed to support district operations.
• Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment including computers and registers.
• Read, write, and count accurately.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training successfully.
• Operate necessary equipment (e.g., dolly, handtruck, forklift, baler, computer, register); forklift and baler use not required if under 18.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Drive a vehicle.
• Stand and walk throughout shifts.
• Reach overhead and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Move quickly and safely throughout the store and outdoors.
