Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Perform cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
• Provide coverage during peak times and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; reading, writing, and counting skills are essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.

• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Mostly indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, including travel between stores.
• Travel in personal vehicle required.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment, and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders.
• Ability to operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
