Overall Job Summary

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
2. Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
3. Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
4. Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
5. Maintain visual merchandise standards.
6. Perform store measurements and layout initiatives.
7. Conduct accurate store inventories and cycle counts.
8. Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately.
9. Hang store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
10. Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
11. Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
12. Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
13. Ensure a memorable shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
14. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
15. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Mostly indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots with hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move, lift (up to 50 pounds), push, and pull merchandise.
• Stand, kneel, reach overhead, and move throughout the store for entire shifts.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
