The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. The role also includes supporting tasks like merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Key responsibilities include:
Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.
