The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. The role also includes supporting tasks like merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless business needs dictate otherwise.
• Proactively communicate with the District FAST Supervisor about work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Accurately and promptly complete planograms, resets, measurements, inventory counts, price changes, signage hanging, and merchandise assembly.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate the customer.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed to complete tasks.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise.
• Hard surfaces like concrete and asphalt; adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Maintain safety standards for team members and customers.

Physical Requirements

• Move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Read, write, and count accurately; effective communication skills.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training successfully.
