Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. You must be able to fulfill the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements and cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity through detailed recovery and review.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value.
• Provide a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage when needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
