Overall Job Summary

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
  • Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
  • Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues, offering solutions.
  • Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
  • Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
  • Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes.
  • Hang store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
  • Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
  • Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
  • Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate the Customer.
  • Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
  • Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution.
  • Self-directed with minimal assistance required.
Working Conditions
  • Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise.
  • Hard surfaces; adequate lighting and temperature.
  • Shifts typically no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours.
  • Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.
Physical Requirements
  • Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
  • Push/pull merchandise with equipment assistance.
  • Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
  • Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
  • Move throughout the store for entire shifts.
  • Read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Handle contact with birds/poultry.
  • Complete required training successfully.
