Job Summary

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for supporting the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in a store, handling tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, inventories, merchandise assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and work scheduled shifts, primarily Monday through Thursday.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform inventory counts.
• Hang signage and assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA principles: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count is necessary.
