The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Proactively communicate with your District FAST Supervisor about work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Ask to Add Value & Appreciate.

Ensure customers have a distinguished shopping experience and provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing, and counting skills are essential regardless of education level.

Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; shifts generally no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often over long periods.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed; push/pull merchandise up to 2000 lbs. with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment effectively.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training successfully.
• Operate equipment such as dollies, handtrucks, forklifts, etc. (forklift/baler if 18+).
• Lifting up to 50 pounds required.
• Drive a vehicle and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
