The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Key responsibilities include maintaining attendance, working varied hours, completing planograms and resets, maintaining visual standards, performing measurements, completing store layout initiatives, cycle counts, signage hanging, assembly tasks, and delivering excellent customer service through GURA principles (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Add value & Appreciate). You may also perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Preferred Skills and Abilities: Strong communication, problem-solving, computer skills, interpersonal skills, self-direction, and the ability to resolve issues ethically are preferred.

Working Conditions: Mostly indoor work with moderate noise, varying shifts, travel between store locations in personal vehicle, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements: Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise, stand, kneel, reach, operate equipment, and perform physical tasks throughout the store and outdoor areas.
