Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. They will interact with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Ask to add value, and show Appreciation.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, e.g., during holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Experience in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work involves hard surfaces and variable weather.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed; lift/move up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 2000 pounds with equipment.
• Stand, kneel, reach overhead, and operate store equipment.
• Perform physical tasks throughout the shift safely and effectively.
