Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
  • Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
  • Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
  • Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
  • Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
  • Complete store layout initiatives and cycle counts.
  • Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
  • Ensure planogram integrity through detailed recovery.
  • Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate the customer.
  • Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; basic reading, writing, and counting skills are necessary.

  • Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
  • Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.
Working Conditions
  • Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
  • Work shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, with travel between store locations often required.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Travel as needed; lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds; operate store equipment.
  • Stand, kneel, reach overhead, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts.
  • Operate vehicles and handle merchandise safely.
