Overall Job Summary

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The High Volume FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store measurements and layout initiatives.
• Conduct accurate store and cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes.
• Hang store signage including circulars, price cuts, and specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise.

Physical Requirements

• Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Pushing/pulling up to 2000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift/reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete training successfully.
