The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to manage and execute various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements and cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value.
• Ensure customers have a distinguished shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is a plus. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count is essential regardless of education level.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise levels.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle; long periods may be required.
• Adherence to safety protocols is essential.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Operate vehicles and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Complete all training successfully.
