The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless dictated by business needs.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor about work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Performing store measurements and inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Executing store price changes and signage hangs accurately and promptly.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensuring a differentiated shopping experience.
• Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ years old.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

Working Conditions

• Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots with hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and promoting a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Moving and transferring merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Pushing/pulling up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Occasional overhead reaching, standing, kneeling, twisting, crouching, and ladder use.
• Ability to move throughout the store efficiently and safely.
• Effective communication skills.
• Handling contact with birds/poultry.
• Completing all training successfully.
