Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store-specific measurements and cycle counts.
• Completing Tractor Way top cap process and hanging store signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and delivering excellent customer service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Providing peak coverage as needed, such as during special events.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
