The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also provide support for tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. You must be able to fulfill the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate counts for inventories and cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately and timely.
• Hang store signage, including Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate the customer.
• Ensure customers have a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

Working Conditions

• Generally indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.
• Work shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Promote a safe and productive environment, adhering to safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Occasionally lift or reach overhead.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders frequently.
• Move throughout the store for entire shifts.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training successfully.
