Job summary

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise.
• Maintains a clean and organized store and delivers an excellent customer experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Communicates with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitors team productivity and coaches as needed.
• Participates in store plan adherence and safety programs.
