Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and engagement.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandise processing onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintain backroom area cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Promote safety and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
