Job summary

You will train Associates, organize back stock, tag and code merchandise, and collaborate with management to keep the flow of goods efficient and on schedule. Flexibility for nights/weekends and a strong focus on teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Maintains a clean and organized store and provides an excellent customer experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Communicates with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
