Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years related experience.
• Associates degree in related field preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates communications regarding merchandising projects with store management, retail merchandisers and vendors.
• Coordinates special projects and events to meet short-term needs and long-term objectives.
• Verifies receipts and codes for retail merchandising and center store teams’ purchase card transactions.
• Monitors equipment needs for store projects and manages reports for the department.
• Updates and maintains department lists, calendars and store reset project letters.
• Coordinates hotel reservations for merchandising teams supporting special projects as needed.
