Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate mainly in a single store, managing planograms, signage, and price changes while delivering legendary customer service.

You will assemble merchandise and fixtures, support other tasks, and interact with customers and team members. The role requires flexibility, reliability and strong communication skills for day-to-day store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting required.
• Regardless of education level, read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
