Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to work primarily in one store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service. You will interact with customers and team members to support store operations.

As a FAST Team Member, you will maintain attendance, follow shifts, and communicate with the District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues, ensuring safe, efficient store

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform price changes and signage maintenance.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures (PDQs).
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
