Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring for a FAST Team Member to execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly. You will interact with customers delivering legendary service and collaborate with the District FAST Supervisor.

Ideal candidates bring retail/merchandising experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and Price Cuts.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
