Chewy is seeking a Program Manager to support Partner Systems & Services across Plantation, FL, Boston, MA, or Bellevue, WA. The role focuses on onboarding, governance, and operating performance for partner platforms and integrations.

Ideal candidates will have strong data-driven decision making, documentation development, and experience coordinating product, merchandising, and operations relationships. Travel may be required; base salary range is provided below.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, operations, supply chain management, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant business experience
• Ability to write custom SQL queries to mine and analyze large, complex data sets
• Experience leading and coordinating product, merchandising, and operations relationships
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel proficiency
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with project management software toolsExcellent communication skills
• Program/product management experience
• Position may require travel

Our Opportunity:

Chewy’s Merchandising Operations Team’s mission is to be the most trusted and convenient destination for our pet partners to conduct business, and we are looking for a Program Manager in either our Plantation, FL, Boston, MA, or Bellevue, WA locations. This role will support Partner Systems & Services programs, including partner integrations, platform onboarding, and maintaining day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing operational workflows, developing and maintaining documentation, managing program performance metrics, and a demonstrated ability to strategically plan and execute program development initiatives. This position is expected to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires data-driven decision-making and real time actions. Success in this role depends on building strong relationships across external partners, catalog, product, tech, fulfillment, and internal support teams. Does this sound like you? • Knowledge of product classification systems, catalog taxonomy, and product launch processes

The base salary range for this role is $95,500 - $152,500.00.

• The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
