Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a results-driven supervisor for our Lansing-area routes. This on-site role supports sales and delivery teams, trains merchandisers, and ensures adherence to safety and company policies.

The position requires practical leadership for 18+ and lifting up to 175 pounds with pallet jacks. A Bachelor's or substantial experience with a High School diploma path is accepted, with compelling customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service.
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies.
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes.
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands.
• Conduct “work-withs”, “go behinds”, to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards.
