Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Michigan is seeking a full-time supervisor to lead merchandisers across Lansing and nearby areas. You will partner with sales and delivery to optimize processes, uphold service standards, and drive productivity on assigned routes.

This role requires a mix of leadership and hands-on training, with responsibilities including coaching teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years related experience and 0-1+ years leadership.
• Or High School Diploma with 5-7+ years specific experience and 2-3+ years leadership.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, push, pull 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service.
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies.
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes.
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands.
• Conduct “work‑withs”, “go behinds”, to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
