Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring at a Sierra location in Rochester, MN. This role focuses on executing receiving and merchandising standards, driving efficient processing, and delivering an excellent customer experience as part of a collaborative team.

You will train Associates, maintain merchandise presentation, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies. Weekend and night shifts may be required with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working effectively in a team.
• Willingness to train other Associates and follow established procedures.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process merchandise efficiently and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Support store goals and safety and labor law compliance.
