Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Merchandising Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, manage floor presentation, pricing, and recovery to deliver a great shopping experience aligned with WOW values. You will develop trust with staff, build strong teams, and drive store results in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor associates, coordinate floor sets and promotions, and collaborate with district leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience in off-price, big-box, specialty, or multi-unit retail with fashion merchandising experience
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software
• Travel may be required from time to time

Responsibilities

• Monitor store sales performance daily using available sales reports
• Guide the Selling Floor Supervisor and receiving team to move merchandise efficiently
• Coordinate promotions, floor sets and ensure accurate pricing
• Oversee floor moves, displays and merchandising presentations per guidelines
• Assist Store Manager on staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning
• Ensure sizing, signage, ticketing and packaging standards are maintained
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and model leadership for customers and staff
• Communicate with District and Regional Management teams
