Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a Merchandise Leader to drive Floorset execution and in-store merchandising that aligns with AEO Brand Standards. You’ll partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to keep the store guest-ready through replenishment and compelling product presentation.

You have a passion for retail, strong attention to detail, and proven leadership in coaching teams to meet productivity goals while maintaining store safety and shrink-reduction practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and floorset execution.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Knowledge of AE/Aerie product is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support driving guest experience with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Lead floorset execution and coaching for the Floorset team.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and replenishment to standards.
• Ensure store safety, shrink-reduction, and adherence to policies.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• Collaborate to keep the store refreshed and aligned with Brand Standards.
