Job summary

Altar'd State is seeking a Merchandiser Leader for Woodland Hills, Tulsa, at the Woodland Hills Mall. You will support the Store Leader in executing merchandising, seasonal decor, and visual standards to create an inviting guest environment and drive store performance.

The role requires at least 1 year of merchandising experience; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. This is a full-time on-site position focused on elevating product presentation and guest service.

Qualifications

• 1 year merchandising experience required.

Responsibilities

• React to product and presentation needs based on business needs.
• Maintain seasonal window décor weekly and update mannequins.
• Oversee floor sets, window sets, and fixture placement with Store Leader.
• Provide guidance to team to achieve department sales goals and standards.
