Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Merchandiser Lead to cover Akron, Parma and nearby markets. You will merchandise shelves, coolers, and displays, coordinate schedules with Sales Representatives, and build strong relationships with store personnel to drive satisfaction and incremental sales.

This full-time role requires weekend work, some overtime, lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs, and a valid driver's license with access to a dependable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capable of pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
• Coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule with Sales Representatives/Managers.
• Build effective relationships with store personnel to assure superior customer satisfaction.
• Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.
• Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
• Cover routes and provide sales and/or merchandising services as assigned.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Follow the 4 week training schedule established for merchandising team with new hires.
• Handle majority of swing merchandising needs.
• Train all merchandisers on best practices and help them grow.
• Brief the frontline employees on scheduling and meetings.
• Responsible for an area equal to 3 normal Merchandising routes.
