Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding members on self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Assists management with supervising associates by assigning duties; training and guiding on service approaches; supporting Open Door Policy; participating in recruiting, scheduling, and evaluating associates.
• Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise; maintains sales floor; completes paperwork and logs as required.
• Maintains facility safety through safety sweeps, forklift procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Maintains product presentation and cleanliness; handles claims and returns; signs and prices merchandise; manages stock and displays; mitigates shrink and damages.
• Monitors product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, sanitation; coordinates across departments to ensure standards.
• Leads teams by coordinating work, communicating goals, and adapting to change; supports timely completion of tasks.
• Oversees club pickup order picking and staging; ensures compliance with policies and processes.
• Develops and implements processes to meet business needs through collaboration; analyzes information and pursues improvements.
• Demonstrates ethics, integrity, and adherence to Open Door Policy; promotes company standards in daily operations.
