You will help customers with self-service technology, guide purchasing decisions, maintain floor presentation, and participate in coaching and open policy practices to ensure excellent service for members.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 6 months retail experience.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, guiding purchases and assisting with self-service technology.
• Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, and training on processes to ensure quality service.
• Maintain sales floor by stocking, merchandising, and organizing product displays and handling returns according to policy.
