Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is hiring a Merchandiser Lead for Davenport, IA and the Greater Quad Cities area. The role covers multiple routes and ensures exceptional customer service for KDP brands in retail stores.

The position is full-time with a 5:00am start and requires weekend work, overtime as needed, and the ability to manage merchandising across several routes while training new team members.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service, including resolving issues and communicating with store managers.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise shelves, coolers and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
• Coordinate delivery and merchandising schedules with Sales Representatives/Managers.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.
• Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
• Cover routes and provide sales/merchandising services as assigned.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Follow the 4-week training schedule for merchandising team and train new merchandisers.
• Brief frontline employees on scheduling and meetings.
• Manage an area equal to 3 normal merchandising routes.
