• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred: leading a team, supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and guiding them on self-service technology.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise; resolve issues per company guidelines.
• Stock, merchandise displays, and maintain clean, safe sales floor; support associates and communicate goals and feedback.
