Position Summary

Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, guiding and supporting members regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.

Assists management in supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training on processes, ensuring compliance, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in hiring, scheduling, and evaluations.

Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes the sales floor, and maintains safety standards through safety sweeps, proper handling of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Ensures merchandise presentation and quality by managing claims, zoning, stocking, organizing displays, handling damages, pricing, and identifying shrink and damages.

Monitors product quality, rotation, and sanitation standards across departments.

Collaborates to develop and implement processes aligning with business needs, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and identifying improvements.

Supports compliance with policies and ethics, guiding others and correcting issues as needed.

Leads and participates in teams, sharing resources, determining customer needs, coordinating work, and adapting to change.

Oversees club pick-up order staging, ensuring adherence to company policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience
