Job description

Position Summary

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.

Assists management in supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with policies. Supports recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff.

Responsible for stocking supplies, organizing merchandise, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the sales floor is presentable. Oversees inventory management, product rotation, and quality standards.

Develops and implements processes to meet business needs, collaborates with team members, and ensures compliance with company policies and ethics. Leads team activities, supports change, and fosters a culture of respect and integrity.

Delivers excellent customer service, strives for continuous improvement, and supports company values. Promotes a positive work environment and team development.

Offers competitive pay, performance bonuses, and benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, education benefits, and more. The hourly wage range is $20.00 to $28.00, with potential premiums based on circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older. At least 6 months of retail experience and 6 months of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Leadership or supervisory experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing team workload.
