Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services.

Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes, and ensuring compliance with policies. Supports recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and evaluating staff.

Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes and maintains the sales floor, and ensures safety and compliance with company policies. Maintains merchandise presentation, handles claims and returns, and manages product displays.

Monitors product quality, oversees order picking and staging, and develops processes to meet business needs through collaboration. Promotes and ensures compliance with company policies and ethics. Leads and participates in team activities, ensuring work quality and adapting to change.

Minimum Qualifications...

Must be 18 or older. 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience are required.

Experience leading a team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workloads, is preferred.
