Job description

Position Summary

Provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs; offering guidance and support regarding self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving issues; and promoting the company's products and services.

Assists management with supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training, providing guidance on service approaches, ensuring policy compliance, supporting open communication, and participating in HR functions such as hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes the sales floor, and maintains safety and cleanliness standards, including handling hazardous materials and reporting unsafe conditions.

Maintains merchandise presentation, manages claims and returns, and ensures product quality and sanitation standards are met across departments.

Oversees order picking and staging for club pickup, collaborates with team members to meet business needs, and promotes compliance with policies and ethical standards.

Leads and participates in team activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently while adapting to change and supporting team development.

Minimum Qualifications
