Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL seeks an Assistant Planner to manage current stock, forecast future needs, and drive sell-through across Watchfinder channels in the United States. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an organised approach to optimizing product placement for maximum sales.

You will work within the Merchant Team to support inventory conversion, with opportunities for growth as Richemont expands internationally and evolves Watchfinder business processes.

Qualifications

• Experience merchandising in a multi-brand retail environment.
• Excellent numerical literacy with strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and planning to optimize stock and margins.
• Conduct weekly merchandising tasks and store visits for displays.
• Analyse stock performance by category and country; adjust velocity with pricing.
• Collaborate with HQ and US teams to monitor progress and bottlenecks.
• Report trends and opportunities to country managers for local insights.
